What OneGram is
OneGram is an information and reference tool. It reads prescriptions, identifies salts and brands, flags possible interactions and duplicate ingredients, and explains lab reports in plain language. It is not a pharmacy, not a marketplace and not a medical service.
No sales, no dispensing
Nothing on OneGram can be ordered, bought, dispensed or delivered. There is no checkout, no payment and no prescription fulfilment.
Accuracy
Content is assembled from open medical datasets and AI summarisation. Sources can be incomplete or out of date, brand-to-molecule mapping can be imperfect, and AI output can be wrong. Always verify against the product label and a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
- Use OneGram for your own medicines or those of someone you care for.
- Do not upload other people's records without their permission.
- Do not scrape, resell or re-publish results as clinical guidance.
- Do not use OneGram to make emergency decisions.
Accounts
You are responsible for the mobile number or Puvio account used to sign in. We may suspend accounts used abusively or in ways that risk other people's safety.
Liability
OneGram is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information shown. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
