Not medical advice
Everything on OneGram — medicine pages, alternatives, interaction reports, prescription readings and lab explanations — is general information. It is not a diagnosis, not a prescription and not a substitute for a consultation with a doctor or pharmacist.
Never stop or change a medicine on our say-so
Do not start, stop, swap or re-dose anything because OneGram suggested it. A "cheaper alternative" is an informational match on composition, not a clinical equivalence ruling for your body, your other medicines or your condition.
Interaction checks are not a clearance
An empty interaction report means we found nothing in the open datasets we search — not that a combination is safe. Coverage of Indian brands, herbal products and supplements is incomplete.
Emergencies
If you suspect an overdose, a severe reaction, chest pain, breathing difficulty or any medical emergency, contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not use OneGram.
Where our facts come from
RxNorm and RxClass (US NLM), openFDA labels, PubChem, PubMed literature and DDInter interaction gradings, combined with AI summarisation. Each surface shows its source and date. Report anything that looks wrong to Onegram@nevika.ai.
