What we collect
- Sign-in details. Your mobile number (for the one-time SMS code) or the email address on your Puvio account.
- Profile details you choose to add. Name, age, allergies and ongoing conditions — used only to sharpen interaction and duplicate-salt warnings.
- Your shelf. The medicines you save, plus any nicknames you give them.
- Uploads. Prescription photos and lab reports you submit for reading. They are processed to produce your result and are not sold, published or used to train third-party models.
- Technical logs. Basic error and performance logs needed to keep the service running.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or send your health information to insurers or employers. We do not dispense, prescribe or sell medicines.
Where it lives
Account data and your shelf are stored in our managed cloud database with row-level access control, so only your signed-in account can read your rows. Medicine facts come from open sources (RxNorm, openFDA, PubChem, PubMed, DDInter) and contain nothing personal.
How long we keep it
Your profile and shelf stay until you delete them. Uploaded images are used for the reading and are not retained as a browsable library. Deleting your account from the account page removes your profile, shelf, saved devices and sign-in permanently.
Notifications
If you turn on notifications, we store a device token so reminders can reach that browser. Turning notifications off in your browser, or deleting your account, removes it.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or erase your data. Use the account page, or write to Onegram@nevika.ai. We respond to requests within 30 days.
Children
OneGram is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
